Account, session and information you provide
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email and picture. We store the identifiers and session credentials needed to authenticate you. We also process technical access information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to protect accounts and limit abuse.
We store the titles or ideas you search for, generated queries, your favorites, the feedback you send and minimal usage events linked to your account.
How we use external services
OpenAI processes your titles or ideas, queries and reference metadata to generate searches and evaluations. Neon stores application data and Railway hosts its services. These providers process information to deliver those functions; do not include sensitive or confidential information in your searches.
This application uses YouTube API Services to find public videos and retrieve their titles, channels, statistics and thumbnail URLs. Queries are sent to YouTube from our server. We do not access private videos or manage your channel. Thumbnails load from YouTube/Google services, which may receive your IP address and technical browser information when serving those images.
Cookies and preferences
We use cookies to maintain your session, complete invitation access and remember your language. We do not sell personal data or display third-party advertisements in this beta.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept during the three-week beta and for up to 30 days afterwards to prepare its summary, unless you delete a search or your account sooner. Shared YouTube data may be kept for up to 30 days without a link to your identity.
You can delete individual searches or your account in the app. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data.
We do not use your titles, ideas, comments or results to train our own models without asking for your additional explicit consent.
You can contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Disconnecting Google does not itself delete the history stored in this application: use account deletion or contact us to do that.
